Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
It doesn't matter how great us humans think something is if our pets don't love it too! That's why we created our "Picky Pet" Refund Policy. It's simple, if you or your pet are not 100% satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Simply keep your receipt and original packaging.
In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase to our store. For purchases with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid. For returns without a receipt, you will receive an in-store credit upon approval.

Online Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Downtown Tabby is not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by Downtown Tabby.
Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee. Online purchases may also be returned in store. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. The packing slip included with your online order is required to make the return.
